Hello fellow makers,
My name is Nathan Richter and I'm a Senior Engineering Major here at Trinity. I'm really excited about this course because I'll get to work with the variety of new tools in the machine shop which can be used for rapid prototyping. My interests are varied, but at my heart I'm a pretty big nerd and I enjoy Legos and a variety of TV shows. I also enjoy writing in my free time. One of my recent "hacks" has been for my Senior design project, in which I've removed load cells from a home digital scale for use in my own weight scale. I also developed a casing for these cells (which I prototyped using the 3D printer here), but alas I don't have a picture of them.
