Max Bogue Project #2

For the CNC project, I decided to cut one of my favorite items out of the foam: a Frisbee. This proved to be a much more difficult task than I was originally expecting. The first attempt I made, I had forgotten to set equal origins for my top and bottom cuts. Here was the result:

The biggest issue I ran into was the fact that my model was not very well-aligned up until the second-to-last attempt. Each time I attempted a cut, the bit would just barely go through to the other side where it was not intended to like this:


The other issue I had at one point was when my double-sided tape came unstuck, and the cut became misaligned:
